500 x 500-pixel twitch emotes. commercial use is already included in price.
There's no limit to the number of emotes you can get in a single batch, but references must be provided!
Commercial rights to sell stickers, charms etc. may be requested as well.

By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted all the terms listed below.
GENERAL
i do not allow my art to be used for AI or NFT purposes and alike.
as the artist, i hold full rights to the artwork, which means i may post it on my social media sites or include it in my portfolio.
you will agree to the policy of using the art for personal, non-profit purposes unless otherwise stated, and provide all image credits to me, chrysalir.
all art received will be in form of a digital file, via any platform of your choosing (via email or google drive link is preferred).
you will agree to keep any sensitive or personal information private.
however unlikely, i reserve the right to deny or cancel your commission if i don't feel comfortable drawing it.
ORDERING PROCESS
to commission me please contact me on my socials or via vgen.
references and a description are required to be included in the request!
keep any of your emails, private messages and/or comments in either english or german please.
i only accept payment in EUR and via paypal. you are responsible for making currency conversions.
100% of the payment has to be sent before i start working on your commission, unless discussed otherwise.
refunds can be requested if the commission has not been started. no refunds otherwise
WORKFLOW
i usually take up to 3-5 days to respond to your initial commission inquiry.
you may ask for a deadline, but please keep it reasonable. this deadline must be disclosed prior to payment.
depending on the complexity and amount of other projects i am actively working on, the time i need to finish a commission may range from 2-6 weeks.
i will send a WIP image after the sketch is completed. you are free to request more WIPs at any given time.
the sketch time is the best time to tell me if you'd like any changes, eg: pose, details, colours, etc..
i will not make changes to the final piece if there was no feedback in the earlier stages, unless it was my mistake (for example missed detail that was provided in the inquiry).
FINAL PRODUCT
i am constantly working on improving my art, so there may be differences between samples in my gallery and the illustration you will receive.
please respect that my art style cannot be altered.
you are responsible for saving any information, images and other digital data that i provide.
